Hello, I am the co-founder of the "last of the STARS" program.  Since the destruction of Raccoon city, the numbers of STARS (Special Tactics And Rescue Survice) has been almost depleated, there were only 3 members of the force left , not counting the trator Albert Wesker, so me and the founder of the program Chris Redfield have come up with a plan for adding the numbers of members, enjoy and please join the fight aginst Umbrella!
